    The Olympic Package covers our DJ & Emcee Services including:      

    • Multiple sound systems for Ceremony and Reception.

    • Full rehearsal with music scheduled for the week of.

    • Both lapel and wireless handheld microphones for ceremony and toasts.

    • Dance floor lighting.

    • Personalized song lists building off of all your favorites and filling in with the best hits from all decades and genres.

    • Karaoke is also available upon request.

  • [Starting at $1,700 for 8 hour min]

    The Cascades Package covers our Day of Coordinator Services including:

    • Venue walk through.

    • Floor plan and timeline development.      

    • Rehearsal orchestration for timing.

    • Logistics and vendor coordination.

    • Troubleshoot issues and manage the needs of the couple and the guests.         

    • Ensure the venue is set up correctly, and oversee breakdown and cleanup.

  • [Starting at $200 per session, 2 hour min each]

    The Columbia River Consultation Package is an option for do-it-yourself couples who need a little extra help. If a full-time wedding planner just isn't for you, but you find yourselves in need of assistance, this package provides consultation services to help you overcome your planning hurdles.

    This package includes:

    • 1 hour virtual planning sessions.

    • Paired with 1 hour offline working sessions.

    Purchased and scheduled via our booking tool as needed.

    Our A-la-carte services can be added on to any of our packages as needed and include:

    • Signage Design and Printing
